Planning applications in the areas of land from Leduc County and the Town of Beaumont that were annexed and became part of Edmonton.

Proposed Repeal of the North Major Area Structure Plan

A planning application has been received to repeal the North Major Area Structure Plan (Bylaw 14-04).

The plan, which was approved by Leduc County Council in 2005, provides general guidance for how land is developed in the area between 41 Avenue SW and Township Road 510. The repeal will provide a clean slate to develop future plans that align with the direction of the new City PlanView the map of the repeal area. (11MB)
