The City of Edmonton maintains its play spaces and tries to keep them dry and safe for citizens. Help keep our play spaces clean and safe by reporting any excess pooling of water. 

How Do I Obtain the Service?

Report any pooling water in play spaces using the self-service reporting tool. 

During spring thaw, playgrounds may be drained, yet excess pooling of water may occur again with next thaw. 

To help speed up the response time and provide further details about the issue and location of the concern, you may attach a photo to the request.

What the City does with your request

The City will assess the severity of the pooling water in the play space and drain the area if required.
