Please complete the form below to appeal the Edmonton Waste Services evaluation decision. 

Please be advised: only property managers, condo board members or unit account holders (whose residence is not part of a condo complex or managed by a property management company) can appeal.

Appeals must be submitted by December 31, 2020. A separate appeal is required per site.

Mandatory fields marked with * must be completed in order to submit an appeal.

Appeals were based on the following criteria: 
  • space availability for bins/carts for collection
  • garbage truck accessibility
  • operational safety

The City will contact the decision-maker within six to eight weeks to share the appeal results. Site-specific reasons for the assessment results can be shared at that time. 

In some cases, the City can recommend infrastructure changes that would allow the service type to be modified. In this case, should the site want to make the changes, all changes must be made prior to the City changing the service type. 

The City of Edmonton has the final decision on the type of service each site receives based on its layout and infrastructure.
