The COVID-19 pandemic has brought mental health to the forefront of our minds. Whether you have struggled with your mental health prior to the pandemic or not, this collective experience of distancing, alternative work strategies, unemployment, and restrictions on how we could gather and go about our daily lives has impacted all of us. 

To shine a light on the ways in which Edmontonians have found meaning and connection in their lives, “Hello, How Are You?” in partnership with Edmonton Public Library profiled hopeful messages of finding connection during these unprecedented times.

Stories, poems, music, speakers and ideas, were shared through a series of videos, each with a different focus but a shared outcome—a sense of belonging and connection, a key element for positive mental health.
