Applications must be received at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. For larger events, we recommend at least 8 weeks prior to your event.
Access to parkland is provided in the following priority:
- Historical/ Annual/ Recurring event with same date(s)/ time frame and location of previous years
- Historical/ Annual/ Recurring events with new date/location request
- New event requests
Submitting your application does not imply that your event is approved or that your proposed location of date is confirmed.
All events held on a street, in a park or on City of Edmonton property require proof of at least $2 million general liability insurance with the City of Edmonton listed as an “Additional Insured”.
A Neighbourhood Resource Coordinator will connect back with you once the application is received.
