Appointments are not available for applications such as the Leisure Access Program or Ride Transit Program. These can be submitted without an appointment by mail or dropped off in person. Review timelines are the same for each method of application.
Preparing for Your Payment Appointment
A 6 digit confirmation code is required to check in for your appointment. This was provided to you at the time of booking, and in your email confirmation.
An invoice, ticket or City File Number is required for all City payments with the exception of ETS.
