ETS offers a discount to students of recognized post-secondary institutions. The discount is approximately 10% off the regular adult monthly pass price.
Publicly-funded post-secondary institutions:
Students enrolled full-time on an Edmonton campus in a program of study leading to a diploma, certificate or degree.
Private Post-Secondary Institutions:
Students enrolled full-time on an Edmonton campus in a licensed vocational program, which has been approved under the Alberta Private Vocational Training Act and/or the Private Vocational Training Regulation, or in a degree-granting program of Divinity.
In order for students to receive this discount their school must be registered with Edmonton Transit Service. View the list of registered post-secondary institutions.
Schools may contact ETS Customer Programs for further information. Students enrolled at approved institutions registered with ETS must be able to produce valid student ID (with photo) issued by their school, along with proof of current full-time enrolment.
Students at registered institutions that have an ETS pass outlet at their institution must purchase their pass at their campus location.
U-Pass is a transit program that gives eligible students at participating post-secondary institutions unlimited access to regular local and participating regional service.
