Edmonton Transit offers our customers information and instruction about our transit system through our Mobility Choices Customer Training Program.  This program is available to new and returning customers who experience difficulties using public transit due to mobility challenges, including seniors, person with disabilities (physical, developmental, cognitive), persons using mobility aids (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, scooters, service animals) and newcomers who have barriers of culture or language.

To inquire about training, please fill out the fields below.  Once you submit your form, a member of the Mobility Choices Customer Training team will review your request and contact you to discuss the training options that are available as well as whether you (or the person you are referring) would be a good candidate for training.

Our training hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.  Training sessions are booked during these times only.

This information is being collected under the Authority of Section 33 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (F.O.I.P.) Act and for the administration of Edmonton Transit Service’s customer training program.  It is protected by the privacy provisions of the F.O.I.P. and will be used for the purposes of processing your training request.
