Edmonton Transit offers our customers information and instruction about our transit system through our Mobility Choices Customer Training Program. This program is available to new and returning customers who experience difficulties using public transit due to mobility challenges, including seniors, person with disabilities (physical, developmental, cognitive), persons using mobility aids (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, scooters, service animals) and newcomers who have barriers of culture or language.

Once you submit your form, a member of the Mobility Choices Customer Training team will review your request and contact you to discuss the training options that are available as well as whether you (or the person you are referring) would be a good candidate for training.
