The proposed zoning is Edmonton Energy and Technology Park Medium Industrial Zone (EETIM). The purpose of this zone is to provide an opportunity for industrial development, including manufacturing and logistic uses, within the extent of the Edmonton Energy and Technology Park Area Structure Plan.

This application had two components. 

The first component was an amendment to the Southeast Industrial Outline Plan, Figure 6: Development Concept Map (Map C), by removing the Transit-Oriented Service Centre designation at the corner of 68 Avenue and 75 Street and replacing it with a Commercial/Industrial designation as well as adding an Industrial/Commercial Service Centre.
