About the Proposal

The City has received an application to redevelop land located at 8310 and 8311 93 Avenue NW in the Holyrood neighbourhood. 

The proposed development is for a mixed use, high density, transit oriented development. This will include up to 1,200 dwelling units, with several medium and high-rise buildings. Seven buildings are proposed in total.

Open House

September 2017

An open house was held on September 6, 2017, at the South East Edmonton Seniors Association located at 9350 82 Street. Citizens were given an opportunity to learn more about how the feedback previously gathered from the public was used to help shape the rezoning proposal.

Open House

July 2017

An open house was held on the evening of July 12, 2017, at the South East Edmonton Seniors Association located at 9350 82 Street. Attendees were able to view display boards with project information and ask questions of the applicant and City of Edmonton staff. Over 300 people were in attendance throughout the evening. City staff compiled comments from meeting attendees and collected feedback comment forms.
