Help guide the redevelopment proposal in the Holyrood neighbourhood at 8310 and 8311 on 93 Avenue NW.

Public engagement activities, history and reports helping to guide the redevelopment proposal in the Holyrood neighbourhood.

Proposal Status

On November 27, 2017 City Council voted to refer the application back to Administration and the applicant for further study. This includes: mitigating traffic backing up into the community, reconsidering the height and shape of the buildings, addressing transition to the surrounding neighbourhood, and referring the revised proposal to the Edmonton Design Committee for review.

After working with the City and the Holyrood Development Committee, the applicant presented a revised version of the proposal at a public engagement session on May 2, 2018.

Based on feedback from that session and the Edmonton Design Committee, more revisions were made that have resulted in the final version that is going to Public Hearing on Monday July 9, 2018 for a decision.
