The design engagement process for the Blue Quill first place townhomes is complete. The design engagement process provided an opportunity for the Community league and Blue Quill community members to meet with the builder and discuss elements to help ensure the development was a good “fit” within the existing community – including orientation, massing and rooflines, access, vistas, and design details.
Design Engagement Session 3 (April 6, 2016)
Landmark Homes, City staff and seven Blue Quill community volunteers met to finalize site layout, landscaping details, elevation details, building materials and colour.
The engagement meeting information package includes: the agenda, meeting notes, final site plan, final landscaping plan, entrance feature, 3D views and elevation.
Design Engagement Session 2 (March 17, 2016)
Landmark Homes, City staff and eight Blue Quill community volunteers met to discuss final layout plans, landscape concept design, and technical reports related to traffic, geotechnical testing and environmental site assessments.

Design Engagement Session 1 (February 24, 2016)
Landmark Homes, City staff and eight Blue Quill community volunteers met to explore design issues important to residents including: parking, transit, safety, emergency access, and fencing. After the discussion, three different site design options were shared and input was gathered.
