About the Proposal

A revised planning application has been received to rezone the Bateman Lands on 99 Street in the Strathcona neighbourhood, which includes a rezoning, plan amendment and partial lane closure.

Public Open House

Tuesday December 5, 2017

6-8pm (Drop-in, no scheduled presentation)
ATB Financial Arts Barns, 10330 84 Avenue NW

The open house will be an opportunity to learn more about the proposal and provide feedback to the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council for a final decision on the rezoning.

Proposal Notification

2017

  • Notification of the initial proposal was sent out by the City on February 8, 2017
  • Notification of the revised proposal was sent out by the City on October 27, 2017

Public Open House

2017

A City Open House was held at King Edward School on March 22, 2017, with 126 people attending.

The City reviewed the input received at the open house and compiled that information into a What We Heard Report.

Pre-Consultation

2016

  • The applicant held an Open House on December 6, 2016
  • The applicant sent out a pre-application notification and invitation to attend their Open House on November 22, 2016
