Proposed rezoning of land at 10325 180 Street NW allowing for an office or warehouse development.

A planning application (map) has been received to rezone land at 10325 180 Street NW in the Morin Industrial area. The rezoning proposal would change the zoning from Industrial Reserve Zone (AGI) to Industrial Business Zone (IB) to allow the applicant to develop and build an office/warehouse building.
