- Fill out our online Request to Speak Form
- Mail, fax or phone in your request to the Office of the City Clerk (contact information below)
- Make a verbal request at the meeting by speaking with the City Clerk
All mail and fax requests should include your address and daytime telephone number. Specify the meeting date and the report you wish to discuss. Call the Office of the City Clerk if you have any questions.
Please note: Your request to speak must be in reference to a specific item on an agenda.
