Labour Relations (LR) is an internal service provided to the City of Edmonton offering advice to management on the most appropriate manner in which to deal with human resource issues; support in the bargaining, interpretation and administration of collective agreements and the resolution of grievances pursuant to the collective agreement. LR also offers dispute resolution, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, and supervisor coaching and staff development services and advice.
