Aligned with its goal of operational transparency and openness, City Administration has publicly released all biennial Employee Engagement and Diversity Survey Results.
The 2010, 2012 and 2014 results are now available here, along with the 2016 and 2018 results, which were previously released. Survey results are provided to the branch level and the following thresholds have been applied to protect the privacy of respondents:
- There must be a minimum of 25 responses for Engagement Questions
- There must be a minimum 50 responses for Diversity, Harassment and Discrimination Questions
- Individual employee responses, sometimes referenced in Appendix 1 of the surveys, are not included to protect employees' personal privacy
Disclosing details within these thresholds balances providing sufficient detail, with the City’s commitment to protect employee privacy.
