2017 Fees

A Sewer and Water Permit is 0.49/$1000 construction value with a minimum of $162/address or unit.

The safety code fee is 4% of the permit cost with a minimum of $4.50 and a maximum of $560.

Weeping Tile

Weeping tile can be connected to your storm sewer system, provided a connection is available. The system must run through a backwater valve that is accessible from the basement of your building.

After the work is complete, an inspection of the equipment is required.

All concealed equipment must be inspected and approved before covering.

If the work has not been inspected but has been covered, the inspector has the authority to re-open the area for inspection.

A permit must be obtained prior to booking an inspection.
