The City no longer accepts payment of Alberta Health Services Ambulance Bills at our office. These payments (cheque or money order) should be redirected to: Alberta Health Services, PO Box 1260, Edmonton Main, Edmonton, AB, T5J 2M8.
We accept the following payment types: Cash, Personal and Company Cheques, Money Orders, Bank Debit Cards (Interac), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Note that partial payments are not accepted for any licences. You must pay the fee in full when you apply or renew.
Payment card security policy
The City of Edmonton, in accordance with the Payment Card Industry security standards, has taken measures to protect your payment card information.
We are required to delete applications submitted with credit card information by unsecured methods such as fax or email.
If fee payment is required as part of your application, we accept cash, debit, cheque or credit card. If applying by fax, email, or mail, a service representative will call you to advise you of your fees.
Permits/Licences are not issued until all fees have been paid.
We will not accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express payments on business or property taxes.
