We are requesting submissions for the purchase, restoration and potential development of 3 historically-designated houses along 112 Street in Oliver. Oliver is a mature neighbourhood, just west of downtown.

The City of Edmonton is seeking proposals from qualified developers that will rehabilitate the buildings while preserving them as legally-protected Municipal Historic Resources.
There is additional potential development on site, however the buildings must remain on the site in accordance with a site specific Direct Development Control Provision DC1 rezoning and the relevant Municipal Historic Resource Designation Bylaw.
