The sale land may contain native soils placed under controlled compaction with engineering inspection and density testing (“Engineered Fill”) which may or may not affect the suitability of the sale land for development. Please review copies of:

  1. Geotechnical Investigation Report No. 2692-115 prepared by J.R. Paine and Associates Ltd. dated April 2005
  2. Engineered Fill prepared by J.R. Paine and Associates Ltd. dated January 16, 2012

These reports are provided to all prospective buyers for their review on an informational basis only. Buyers shall not rely on the reports as to the suitability for their development. All buyers will be required to conduct independent soil and geotechnical testing at their own expense to verify that the sale land is suitable for the proposed development.
