The City of Edmonton honours the dedication of our Canadian Armed Forces members and the many brave sacrifices they have made so that we can live in safe and peaceful communities.
Edmontonians and members of surrounding communities gather on November 11 to remember these sacrifices and show appreciation to our active, retired and fallen soldiers and their families.
As Remembrance Day draws closer, the City will update the community on ways to observe this important day including the details of ceremonies happening around the city.
