Racing for a Cure, a fundraising event for the Kids with Cancer Society, took place in downtown Edmonton on June 25, 2016. The annual event offers rides in exotic vehicles to both children and their families affected by cancer. The public will also be invited to participate. Given the community feedback received in 2016, the City of Edmonton’s Civic Events and Partnerships section, along with the event organizer, are seeking your input on proposed event modifications to address sound and public safety. Please join us for the public meeting.
