Executive Chef Brad Lazarenko (pictured right) has revamped the Muttart menu, bringing it back to its café roots. Culina café offers fresh-baked pastries, homemade soups and inventive salads, along with sandwiches and weekly specials using greens and herbs grown in the Muttart greenhouses! Some of the highlights of the new menu are Mechado, a hearty beef Philippino stew, green onion cake with braised pork and in-house made kimchee. For dessert enjoy a mason jar sticky toffee pudding, lemon custard parfait or more delicious delights.

Expect to see French baguettes from Bonjour Bakery, used for classic sandwiches such as ham and Edam cheese, smoked beef from Valbella Meats in Canmore, smoked salmon and Persian yogurt cheese, and a delicious veggie sandwich with ricotta, mozzarella, pesto, and roasted peppers.

Entrées feature Alberta lamb koftas, mushroom-feta phyllo pastry, and Marina’s perogies with braised pork and beet salsa. The local favourite ‘house salad’ has remained and the Muttart greenhouse continues to grow lettuces and herbs exclusively for the café.

Join us for a unique dining experience any day of the week! We are open 10am-4pm daily.
