Note: There is a minimum rental requirement of 3 hours.
Rental fees are charged from the time the group is given access to the amphitheatre to the time the group leaves the facility (including set-up, takedown and/or clean up).
Groups are responsible for any damages to the stage, facility, or turf inside the amphitheatre.
It is recommended that you obtain general liability insurance in an amount not less than $2 million per occurrence for personal injury and/or property damage. Such a policy shall include coverage for Contractual Liability, Products and Completed Operations, and Independent Contractors. You will provide additional insurance if this is deemed necessary by the City's Director of Risk Management. The certificate of insurance must be in the name of the host organization or sanctioning body.
1 pre-event site meeting is included in your facility rental fee. Should you require additional access to the facility before or after your event, facility access charges apply.
The Heritage Amphitheatre offers limited storage space. Groups wishing to drop off equipment in advance of their event are subject to equipment storage fees.
All users of the Heritage Amphitheatre are required to complete a site check at the beginning and end of their rental period.
A rental agreement must be completed and signed before the date of rental.
Any extra staff, equipment, or technicians is charged to the group renting the facility.
The rental packages include the services of up to 2 staff. Depending on the complexity of the event and the anticipated audience, additional staff may be required for an additional charge.
The Heritage Amphitheatre Coordinator will determine the number of staff and volunteers required to accommodate your event's needs to ensure that public safety and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Vending and Concessions
The amphitheatre is not equipped with an onsite concession. Arrangements can be made for commercial and outside vendors to service your event.
