Go on a new adventure each day at the Edmonton Valley Zoo!

Pre-Camp Registration Requirements

Prior to the first day of camp in which your child is registered, print and fill out the camper information forms. Ensure that your camper is aware of the do's and dont's of camp. Remember to bring the completed forms with you when you drop off your child on the first day of camp.

For each child registered in one of our camps, please fill out the City Attractions Day Camp Forms. These forms provide us with information on medical, social and behavioural concerns, which will help us make a safe and successful camp experience for every child.
