Come and Try a Tri! During our group sessions led by certified coaches, youth are introduced to different aspects of triathlon training and racing in a safe, social and fun environment. We sweat, smile, cheer and have fun! Participants should be able to swim 50m continuously. No other experience is necessary.
- Dryland Training: Bike and run. Learn and improve technique, develop power, and increase strength and endurance.
- Swim Training: Swim training will focus on developing technique, building endurance and increasing your speed.
Equipment: No equipment necessary. Bike portion will be held in the FTC Spin Garage.
Schedule: Sunday 2-3:30pm (Bike and Swim) and Tuesday 6:30-8pm (Bike and Run)
