Rick has been involved in sport and exercise most of his life with all different age groups and abilities. He has a particular interest in weight training as well anaerobic endurance training that continually challenges him to discover new methods to train. His current interest in sport lies mainly in jiujitsu as well as coaching children’s soccer.
He believes having some sort of fitness regime is a crucial aspect to each person’s life because creating a routine that involves weight training, cardiovascular fitness, and regular stretching is conducive to substantially better overall health and well-being.
