Training Philosophy

Meghan has been active throughout her life through various sports such as volleyball, soccer, team handball, basketball, and lacrosse. Meghan followed this passion for sport and fitness by enrolling in the Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology program at the University of Alberta. Meghan continues to enjoy running, yoga, weightlifting, and sports in her adult life.

Meghan enjoys training a wide variety of populations and can help you achieve your goals regardless of your current fitness level. Whether you are new to the gym or want to improve performance, she can help you get there! Meghan’s training philosophy focuses on functional movements, muscle balance, and core strength. Meghan believes that staying active is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and will not only help you look better, but feel better too!
