Multi-purpose rooms and flexi-halls at Terwillegar are available for rent at any time during facility hours (5:30am-10pm, exclusive of holidays). Group swimming reservations are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5pm.
No, however, our indoor playground can be used by the public between 8am-8pm daily. The playground operates on a first come, first served basis. There may be a wait time during peak hours and no preference is given to groups or those with a room rented.
Most rooms are equipped with a microwave, sink, mini fridge, tables, chairs and a 60” TV. Please be aware that rooms are not stocked with dishes or cutlery so ensure that you bring your own if necessary.

Children under the age of 8 must be within arms-reach of a responsible person 13 years-old or older at all times to a maximum ratio of 3 children to each supervisor.

We require 1 week notice for a cancellation, and the cancellation fee is $25 unless re-booked within the calendar year.
All rooms will be ready and set in a social setting for the number of attendees you stated at the time of the booking. Access into the room is at the start time of your rental. Access into the space may be possible 5-10 minutes early at no extra charge, but this is not guaranteed.
No. You must arrange for storage of any food/decorations/gifts before or after your room rental time. Cashiers are unable to keep anything behind the cash desk or in any of the multi-purpose rooms.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer storage space for perishables. Please keep this in mind when booking your rental.
There is no further discount on room rentals or gym bookings for City staff, community league members or City of Edmonton pass holders.
Generally, you should try to book at least 2-3 weeks before your rental, as space is limited; however there is no minimum timeframe. Bookings are processed on a first come, first served basis. Depending on the volume of inquiries received, it could take 3-4 days before you are contacted by a bookings coordinator. Your patience is appreciated.
