Red Cross Swim Kids Level 7 / 8

In Red Cross Swim Kids Level 7 and 8 participants will learn:

• endurance swimming 150 to 300 meters
• increasing distances for front & back crawls to 75 meters
• introduces whip kick on the front
• airway and breathing obstructions
• reaching assists
• stride entries
• Breast stroke 15 meters
• feet-first surface dives
• the dangers of open water and hypothermia
• performance of rescue breathing on children and adults
• standing shallow dives

Red Cross Swim Kids Level 7 and 8 offers french lessons.
