Chris

ChrisChris has an extraordinary passion for health and fitness and it has developed into his most valued trait. Growing up in Toronto he excelled in basketball, soccer and track and field. In 2009, he was offered an athletic scholarship to attend NAIT, where he won multiple ACAC Provincial Championships. He enjoys training and will work extremely hard to help you achieve your goals and to come out of this process happier, healthier and a more confident version of yourself. “Health and fitness has formed the foundation of my social, academic and working life for as long as I can remember. “

Our bodies are meant to MOVE. We are designed to experience a wide array of movement and so we must take advantage of this blessing by using it to our fullest. I believe in fun, enjoyable, and rewarding experiences that allow our bodies to feel strong: physically, emotionally, and socially. Being physically active and physically healthy requires us to make a decision to be in motion rather than be motion-less, so that’s why I say just “MOVE“!
