Your certified instructor will teach you how to refresh and recharge through meditation, reduce stress and ultimately help balance your life. Meditation supports healthy living all within the beauty of the Muttart Conservatory. Meditate in the Tropical Forest Pyramid. Sit on comfy chairs nestled among foliage and flowers, taking in the warmth and the gentle sound of the waterfall. No experience necessary. WARNING: Meditation may cause increased happiness, decreased stress, better health and inner peace.
