Your request will be processed as soon as possible in the order that it was received. Depending on the volume of inquiries, it could take 1-2 business days before you are contacted by a rentals coordinator. Your patience is appreciated.
Please note:
- Your room(s) will be ready and set in a social setting for the number of attendees you stated at the time of the booking. Access into the room is at the start time of your rental. Access into the space may be possible 5-10 minutes early at no extra charged but this is not guaranteed.
- Multi-purpose rooms are not stocked with dishes or cutlery. Please bring your own.
- There is no storage space available for food, supplies and decorations before or after your rental time. Cashiers are unable to keep anything behind the cash desk or in any of the multi-purpose rooms.
