Progroff Intensive Journal Workshop

By writing our thoughts and feelings, and telling our stories and life events, we make sense of, and see the big picture of our lives. The Progroff Intensive Journal program is an integrated system using writing exercises to help you develop your life and enhance creativity. The workshop is designed to be structured and intense, and was first offered in the 1970's.Whether you are going through a transition or are stuck in a creative rut, this program will help you achieve breakthroughs in your writing, your work or your creative life. No prior writing experience required.

Flash nonfiction is a style of creative nonfiction of extreme brevity. Learn to tell a compelling nonfiction story in as few words as possible. In this hands-on course, participants will learn about the origins of flash nonfiction, read the works of respected writers in the field, write flash nonfiction essays and undertake in-class exercises designed to develop flash nonfiction writing skills.
