Edmonton Transit System (ETS) Disabled Adult Transit Service (DATS) and the services it offers.
About the Service
DATS provides door-to-door public transportation for registered, pre-booked passengers 16 years of age or older who cannot use regular transit because of a physical or cognitive disability. DATS takes reservation bookings three days in advance of travel, two days in advance of travel, and the day before until 12:00 noon. Subscription bookings are available for trips required on a regular basis, such as work or school.

How Do I Obtain the Service?
What the City does with your request
Once registrants completed an application form, along with a recommendation from a health care or social services practitioner, DATS require approximately two weeks to process and make a decision. For more information, call the DATS Customer Care Centre at 780-496-4567.
