195 Avenue Reconstruction
Closure Notice - June 2016
Starting Wednesday, June 1, for 5 weeks, 195 Avenue will be closed between 17 Street NE and Fort Road. Local access will be maintained, please follow the business detour signage.
About the Project
This spring, the City of Edmonton will begin a full reconstruction of 195 Avenue between 17 Street NE and Horse Hills Creek to meet the City's rural roadway standards. It will include wider lanes and shoulders, access replacement and minor ditch regrading.
During construction, there will be no through traffic, local access only.

On Wednesday, March 16, City representatives held an Information Session to provide project details and to have the project team answer questions about the reconstruction.
