Residents were invited to drop-in to the public meeting and tell us about thier experience with the implementation of this pilot project and the traffic management measures installed in thier neighbourhood.

Traffic Management Measures
To address the long-standing concerns regarding vehicle shortcutting and speeds on Ormsby Road East between 69 Avenue and Callingwood Road, the following traffic calming measures are being installed:
- Through movements banned at 69 Avenue and 188 Street except for ETS/bicycles
- Digital feedback signs on Ormsby Road East for speed awareness

Traffic Management Measures
To address the long-standing concerns regarding vehicle shortcutting and speeds on 95 Avenue and 96 Avenue, the following traffic calming measures are being installed starting October 2:
- Speed humps along 95 Avenue between 142 Street and 149 Street
- Speed humps along 96 Avenue between 142 Street and 146 Street

Traffic Management Measures
To address the long-standing concerns regarding vehicle shortcutting and speeds on 94B Avenue, the following traffic calming measures are being installed:
- Speed humps along 94B Avenue between 50 Street and 75 Street
- Digital feedback signs to display speeds on 94B Avenue which are already in place
In addition to these measures, the City will review signal timings to improve traffic flow on 50 Street and 75 Street.

Newton Drop-in Public Meeting

Traffic Management Measures
To address the long-standing concerns regarding vehicle shortcutting and speeds on 121 Avenue, speed humps will be installed along 121 Avenue between 50 Street and 58 Street. Installation starts October 13. Additionally, the City will review signal timings at the intersection of 121 Avenue and 50 Street to discourage shortcutting.
