Project Update - Spring 2016
Construction is tentatively scheduled to commence on April 25, 2016.
The construction consists of removal and replacement of public sidewalk, curb and gutter, streetlight replacement and reconstruction of the road.
About the Program
Queen Mary Park has been chosen for reconstruction in spring 2016.
Neighbourhood reconstruction is a type of neighbourhood renewal that involves road reconstruction and repaving, as well as replacement of streetlights and reconstruction of sidewalks, curb and gutter. Alley renewal is not part of neighbourhood reconstruction.
Property owners will have the opportunity to make choices about what they will pay for during neighbourhood reconstruction via local improvements of sidewalks and decorative streetlights.
