MEETING 1 - May 17, 2011
On May 17, 2011, 265 people attended the first of three information meetings at the Dovercourt Community Hall. In addition to the public meeting, residents were invited to view the video, documents and to fill out the online survey on this website.
Residents identified several key elements which were of particular concern within their neighbourhood. These included:
- Improving pedestrian accessibility
- Reduction of speeding in the area
- Increased number of pedestrian crossings
- Overall improvement in livability
The following provides a general overview of resident comments. All comments were reviewed and considered in the preliminary design.
Throughout the process, all project updates will be posted on this page.
