Holiday Transit Service
Although schools and major centres such as the University and many government offices are closed during the Christmas holiday period, a number of businesses remain open. We’ve adjusted our service levels to meet these reduced travel requirements.

Youth Monthly Passes
ETS December Youth passes will be accepted as valid fare until January 4, 2012.

Phone lines for travel information and commendations/concerns are open 24 hours a day every day of the year. If calling from outside Edmonton phone 780-442-5311.
ETS Customer Service
The ETS Customer Services Centre, including Commendations & Concerns and Lost & Found will close:
- Friday, December 23 at 4:30pm
- December 24 - 27
- January 2
Regular hours apply for all other days during the holiday.
DATS Service
DATS will operate on a holiday schedule (Customer Care Centre closed) on December 25 and 26, and on January 1.
- DATS will be extending its hours of service on December 31. The last pickup of the day will be at 2am.
- All subscription bookings will be cancelled from December 24 – 31 inclusive and January 2.
Call 780-496-4567 (option 2) if a subscription booking is required during this time.
Subscription trips will NOT be cancelled on Sunday, January 1.
