Bonnie Doon Campus Park Concept Plan
The City, Edmonton Public School Board, and the community have been exploring the current use and future recreation needs at the Bonnie Doon Campus Park, located on the southeast corner of 90 Avenue and 83 Street in Idylwylde.
Boyle Renaissance is a special planning area within The Quarters Downtown Community Revitalization Levy Area Plan. This City of Edmonton led redevelopment is located between 95 Street and 96 Street, extending from 103A Avenue north to the LRT tracks.
Capital City Downtown Plan
A bold vision for Edmonton's downtown that is sustainable, vibrant, well designed, and accessible.
City Council passed three motions on October 17, 2012 related to the proposed downtown arena.
Jasper Avenue New Vision
The purpose of this project is to develop a vision to re-establish Jasper Avenue as the main street of Edmonton, making it a place all Edmontonians can be proud of as well as a symbol of the vitality of the downtown and Edmonton as a whole.
Jasper Place Area Redevelopment Plan
The City of Edmonton is embarking on an Area Redevelopment Plan process for the four Jasper Place neighbourhoods, including Britannia-Youngstown, Canora, Glenwood, West Jasper Place, and part of the Stony Plain Road Corridor.
The Neighbourhood Renewal program is part of the Building Great Neighbourhood initiative which outlines a cost effective, long-term plan to address the needs of Edmonton’s neighbourhoods.
Neighbourhood Revitalization is a process, directed by the community and supported by the City, to identify strengths, issues, challenges and the potential of a particular area.
Mill Woods Station Area Plan
A station area plan is being prepared for the area around the future Mill Woods LRT Station.
Potter Greens Special Study
The Potter Greens Special Study is an initiative to explore how park-and-ride and transit-oriented development may be utilized to create a safe, vibrant, and attractive mixed used environment adjacent a transit terminal and a natural area in west Edmonton.
Stony Plain Road Streetscape from 149 Street to 158 Street
The Stony Plain Road Streetscape project construction schedule has been updated.
The Quarters Downtown will be a highly walkable urban neighbourhood that provides easy access to Edmonton’s river valley, arts, entertainment and financial districts.
