What’s New

Century Park Pedway Opens
On January 12, 2010 the overhead pedestrian walkway above 111th Street at the new Century Park LRT Station opened to public service. Pedestrians can use the pedway to connect to the nearby ETS station as well as local neighbourhoods, schools and shopping locations. The Century Park pedway and the pedway at Southgate Station are both open Monday through Saturday from 5 a.m. to 1:40 a.m., and on Sundays from 5:30 a.m. to 12:45 a.m.

Pedway users will not have access to the LRT stations or platforms, which are protected by roll shutters, until the South LRT extension opens to public service in Spring 2010.
