ETS fare products are sold at over 200 locations throughout the City.

Most ETS fare products can also be purchased through the ETS Online Store as well as Fare Vending Machines located in LRT stations.

**Youth Passes can be purchased from participating schools September through June at a subsidized rate offered by each school board. Youth Passes can be purchased year-round (including summer months July and August) at the regular rate from the ETS On-Line Store, the ETS Customer Services Centre at City Hall and at participating City of Edmonton Recreation facilities. Youth Pass is not available for purchase at retail outlets.

***Post Secondary passes also available for purchase at select Post Secondary Institutions. Valid student photo ID card and proof of paid full-time registration are required at the time of purchase. U-Pass - Qualifying students can purchase a U-Pass at distribution location on campus.

ETS Retail Sales Outlet Locations

Our Retail Sales Program has been designed to make it easy and convenient for you to purchase ETS fare products wherever you are in the city. All certified sales outlets display a decal consisting of the retail sales symbol and an ETS-issued serial number. When you see this sign at your sales outlet, you'll know you're dealing with an ETS-certified retailer.

Buy Fare Products via your Smart Phone

Customers using Century Park LRT Station have the opportunity to purchase ETS fare products over their Smart phones, using QR codes. Posters on the platform and by the fare vending machines will have a virtual store image of a full-size shelf display of ETS fare products. Each product illustrated has a unique QR code that, when scanned, re-directs customers to the ETS Online store for purchase. The product is delivered to their homes through Canada Post. This 12 month pilot project is designed to offer customers a novel and convenient option for purchasing their fare products.
