Riding transit is more accommodating than ever. ETS provides the opportunity for you to buy transit products online and have Canada Post deliver them directly to your home typically within two to five business days.

Whether you’re thinking about stretching that dollar a little further, riding transit more frequently, or going green with a new routine, we’ve made it even easier!

About Buying Transit Online

• Orders are mailed using Canada Post XpressPost service. XpressPost provides tracking and signed delivery confirmation. If no one is home to sign for your delivery, Canada Post will leave a notice card with information on where to pick up the order. Please allow 5 business days to receive your order.
• A $2.00 shipping & handling charge along with the applicable GST ($0.10) per order will be added prior to completion of your order.
• The following payment options are available to purchase transit online: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• Refund Policy: All transit passes and tickets purchased online are not refundable.
• FOIP: Your personal information will be collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act for use in the administration of Edmonton Transit System programs including the online purchase of Transit Passes and Tickets.  It is protected by the privacy provisions of the Act.  If you have any questions regarding the collection, use or disclosure of this information, contact the Online Store Administrator at 780-496-5752.
