Victoria Day (May 21) Holiday Trip Booking

DATS will operate on a holiday schedule (the Customer Care Centre will be closed) on Monday, May 21, 2012. The vehicles will be running as usual. However, all subscription bookings will be cancelled on Monday, May 21.

If you still require your regular subscription booking on Monday, May 21, please call 780-496-4567 (option 2) in accordance with the calendar below.

Bookings for Monday, May 21 and Tuesday, May 22 will be accepted starting Friday, May 18.
Bookings for Wednesday, May 23 will be accepted starting Saturday, May 19.
Bookings for Thursday, May 24 will be accepted starting Sunday, May 20.

Canada Day (July 1) Holiday Trip Booking

DATS will operate on a holiday schedule (the Customer Care Centre will be closed) on Sunday, July 1, 2012. The vehicles will be running as usual. However, all subscription bookings will be cancelled on Monday, July 2. Subscription bookings on Sunday, July 1 will NOT be cancelled. If you do not require your subscription trip on Sunday, July 1, please call 780-496-4567 (option 2) to cancel it.

Bookings for Sunday, July 1 and Monday, July 2 will be accepted starting Thursday, June 28.

However, all subscription bookings will be cancelled on Monday, November 12. Subscription bookings will not be cancelled on Sunday, November 11. If you do not require your subscription trip on Sunday, November 11, please call 780-496-4567 (option 2) to cancel it.

Bookings for Sunday, November 11 and Monday, November 12 will be accepted starting Thursday, November 8.
Bookings for Tuesday, November 13 will be accepted starting Friday, November 9.

Remembrance Day Holiday Trip Booking

Christmas & New Year's 2012 Holiday Trip Booking

DATS will operate on a holiday schedule (Customer Care Centre will be closed) on:

Tuesday, December 25, 2012 (Christmas Day)
Wednesday, December 26, 2012 (Boxing Day)
Tuesday, January 1, 2013 (New Year’s Day)

The vehicles will be running as usual. However, due to experience in past years where a large number of no-shows occurred on subscription bookings during the holiday period, all subscription bookings will be cancelled on December 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, and January 2. If you still require your regular subscription booking during this time, please call 780-496-4567 (option 2). Subscription trips will NOT be cancelled on Sunday, December 30.

Bookings for Christmas Day, December 25 will be accepted starting Friday, December 21.
Bookings for Boxing Day, December 26 and Thursday, December 27 will be accepted starting Saturday, December 22.
Bookings for Friday, December 28 will be accepted starting Sunday, December 23.
Bookings for Saturday, December 29 will be accepted starting Monday, December 24.
Bookings for Sunday, December 30 will be accepted starting Thursday, December 27.
Bookings for Monday, December 31 will be accepted starting Friday, December 28.
Bookings for New Year's Day, January 1 and Wednesday, January 2 will be accepted starting Saturday, December 29.
