Disabled Adult Transit Service (DATS)

DATS provides door-to-door public transportation for registered, pre-booked passengers 16 years of age or older who cannot use regular transit because of a physical or cognitive disability. DATS takes reservation bookings three days in advance of travel, two days in advance of travel, and the day before until 12:00 noon. Subscription bookings are available for trips required on a regular basis, such as work or school.
All passengers must be registered with DATS before booking trips.
Registrants must complete an application form which includes a recommendation from a health care or social services practitioner. Applications require approximately two weeks to process. For more information, call DATS Customer Care Centre at 780-496-4567. Please refer to DATS Hours of Service and Booking Procedures for hours.
