Request Forms:
Please note that Reservation and Subscription trip booking request forms must be received by noon the day prior to the requested trip. Reservation and Subscription Group trip booking requests must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. two days in advance.Cancellation Forms:
Please note that cancellation forms are processed during regular Customer Care Centre operating hours. Please do not fax same day cancellation forms outside of these hours as they will not be processed. Operating hours are:- Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
