DATS Customer Care Centre can be reached at 780-496-4567. You will receive 4 menu options:

Press 1 to cancel a trip or to check on a late ride
Press 2 to book or change a trip
Press 3 to register for DATS
Press 4 to submit a commendation, concern or any other inquiry

Cancelling a DATS Trip

Same day cancellations must be received by DATS at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Failure to cancel will result in a "no show" which will be applied to the client's record. Persons who have frequent no shows may be subject to a temporary suspension from DATS service.
