DATS & Transit Accessibility

At ETS, we recognize the importance of maintaining a public transit system that is fully accessible for all Edmontonians. This is in accordance with City Council and The Way We Move (The Transportation Master Plan). Edmonton Transit offers a full range of accessible public transportation options.

Public transit options range from accessible vehicles and facilities, to service practices such as “Stop Request” and “Priority Seating”, to fare incentives such as discounts for senior citizens, the DATS Attendant Ride Free and AISH Pass programs.

ETS has a comprehensive series of virtual tours encompassing various components of the Edmonton Transit System. The tours offer a valuable and easy-to-use information option for persons new to Edmonton, new to ETS services, or who require additional assistance of our accessibility features.
