ETS Customer Services Office
The ETS Customer Services office is located in the mezzanine of Churchill LRT Station (99 Street & 102A Avenue). It provides lost and found, route brochures and route guides, and sells all ETS passes and tickets including senior citizen's annual passes. A $5 payphone card featuring a picture of an articulated bus is also available. Visa/Mastercard/American Express, cash, debit, and cheques with proper ID are accepted for purchasing fare products. The Customer Services office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm; closed on statutory holidays.
Book of Routes
The Book of Routes costs $12 and is available at our ETS Customer Services Office. Or you can send a money order payable to the City of Edmonton, and we'll send you a Book of Routes. Please include $4 for shipping and handling.
